Rayssa Marinho

Founder & Creative Director

I believe a home should be more than beautiful; it should support the way you live, bring clarity, comfort, and calm to everyday life.

With a background in interior design, professional home organisation and furniture design, complemented by postgraduate studies in neuroarchitecture, Rayssa brings together aesthetics, functionality and an understanding of how environments influence behaviour and wellbeing.

Her human-centred approach shapes spaces that are visually refined, intuitively organised and deeply aligned with the people who live in them.

Gislaine Strassacappa

Operations & Client Experience Manager

Organisation is more than creating order in space; it's about creating ease in everyday life.

With a degree in Business Management from the University of Roehampton and a professional background in operations, project coordination and client relationship management, Gislaine oversees the structure and delivery behind the Studio 14 experience.

As an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, she brings a quality-led approach to every project, ensuring each stage is managed with clarity, consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
